Fat Freezing

Eliminate stubborn fat with our non-invasive Fat Freezing treatment for a sculpted, contoured look.

What is it?

Fat Freezing (also known as Cryolipolysis) is a non-invasive treatment designed to shape & sculpt targeted areas of the body through fat reduction. We use cold temperatures to freeze the fatty cells. These cells become damaged and, eventually, die off after being attacked by your body’s immune system.

Who is it for?

Fat Freezing is for those looking to sculpt & contour their body, by targeting more stubborn pockets of fat in a small, localised area - that dieting & exercise isn’t getting rid of. It’s an ideal treatment for if you have an event or holiday coming up & just want to perfect your existing silhouette. It’s also the preferred method of treatment for those with a fear of needles.

Does it hurt?

This treatment isn’t painful and is tolerated very well by most patients. The coldness can be uncomfortable to start with, but eventually numbs completely.

Side effects & downtime?

There is no downtime associated with this treatment, but we recommend that you gently massage the area and drink plenty of water for the first two weeks post treatment.

After treatment, side effects are minimal, but you may experience some minor aches, tenderness, tinging, stinging or redness for a few hours post-treatment. In rare cases this can last a few days.

When will I see results & how long will they last?

Results can often be visible after one treatment, but it can take up to several weeks to reach the result.

Results will differ from person to person, as several factors can impact on your outcome. For the best results, it’s recommended that you maintain a healthy weight through diet and exercise. Fat Freezing is not an alternative to a healthy lifestyle - it should be used as an addition.
